Booking & Deposit

If you have chosen a tour you would like to book, please send us an email with your details and which tour you would like to join.

Because everything costs money and we all need to plan, we ask you to pay a deposit to secure your booking. If you would like to book the tour only and arrange your own flights, please deposit is 25% of the tour price. If you would like us to book your flights as well, please deposit 50% of the tour price into our bank account.

As soon as we know that we have enough clients being interested in the tour, we will confirm that the tour is taking place.

Refunds

If for some reason a tour does not eventuate we will know this by latest 8 weeks before departure. We will refund you in full immediately after we made the decision that this tour will not go ahead and we will do our utmost to find a suitable tour replacement.
